Whole cow or half side of beef is processed into only hamburger and steaks. Hamburger is packaged into one lb sleeves and steaks are in clear vacuum sealed bags.
Approximate cost based on hanging weight:
$4.50 per lb for half side of beef purchased;
$4.50 per lb for whole cow purchased.
Whole cow or half side of beef is processed into a traditional variety of cuts inclusive of steaks, brisket, oven tail, roasts. The processor will walk you through the ordering process with ease.
The purchase price is the same as Package 1. The hanging weight is the carcass weight before the aging process (7-14 days) is begun.
