What's for dinner tonight, BEEF!

A couple of rib eye steaks are going to be seasoned with garlic salt, minced garlic, pepper and a little hot sauce. Steaks are from one of herd bulls. Since the herd is a closed herd, we can't keep the same bull if we keep his daughters so the decision was to pack the freeze with delicious meat.
